All Forces families, Reserves and Ex-Forces families, whether at home together or separated by deployment or training or for other reasons – can take part in Reading Force for free
Taking part is fun and easy. You’ll receive a special scrapbook and can claim a free book. Simply follow the 3 steps below…
“I read the story to Daddy over the phone because he was away at work and could not Skype. We also sent Dad photos of the book so that he could see the pictures. Then I FaceTimed him at the weekend to talk about the book.”
1. Get your free special scrapbook from your local school, HIVE or join today and we'll send you one.
2. Choose a book all your family will enjoy reading - our recommended reads list could help you choose.
3. Read the book together or individually, talk about it – face-to-face, over the phone or Skype. Then fill your scrapbook.

Once you’ve completed your scrapbook you can enter the bi-annual Scrapbook Competition by posting it to Freepost READINGFORCE using the envelope inside your scrapbook (no stamps or address needed).
We return all scrapbooks to families by registered post with your certificate for taking part and a book prize.
