Project Description
Bristol Abbeywood Tri-Service HIVE works with families across eight locations and in remote areas. HIVE Manager, Carolyn McGlynn, includes Reading Force flyers in leaflet drops and family information packs, and displays posters in the HIVE where scrapbooks are freely available for families to pick up when they call in. Carolyn also hands out scrapbooks at HIVE events and at their Christmas party.
“We have over 300 families here, our children range from 6 months to 16 years and I thought it would be fantastic for them to get involved in Reading Force and that having everyone together would be a great opportunity to hand the scrapbooks out. The families really enjoy the scrapbooks.”
